Lewis Saunders Ecology is a small business specialising in botanical and habitat survey, assessment, and reporting, providing services to many different clients throughout the country. It is owned and operated by Lewis Saunders, a FISC Level 5 Botanist and all-round naturalist. For more information about his experience please visit the about page.

Lewis started the business in Spring 2016 with a focus on customer service and the quality of ecological work, benefiting both his clients and the environment. Impartiality is aimed for in all work and outputs are as accurate a reflection of the ecological conditions within a location as is possible. To contact please email.

Key work areas include habitat and botanical survey, assessment and monitoring on a wide range of projects. Capabilities also include protected animal species. Not just survey is undertaken – Lewis also writes and contributes towards a range of ecological reports (dependent on scope).  Clients have included; environmental consultancies, research organisations, NGO’s, developers, and private landowners.
